  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and activity within the In1Snap dashboard.
  • Call and message records: Records of calls handled by the In1Snap AI agent and SMS notifications sent on behalf of contractors.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To connect homeowners with contractors and deliver SMS notifications on behalf of those contractors.
  • To operate and improve the In1Snap platform and AI agent.
  • To send transactional messages related to your account, appointments, or service requests.
  • To respond to support inquiries and communicate service updates.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive texts, you agree to receive SMS messages from In1Snap on behalf of contractors using our platform. These messages may include appointment confirmations, service updates, and follow-ups.

Homeowners who call a contractor using In1Snap are informed by the AI agent that they will receive a follow-up SMS and may opt out at any time.

  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the contractors you interact with.
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@in1snap.com.
  • No third-party marketing: Mobile phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Contractors: When a homeowner contacts a contractor through In1Snap, that contractor receives the homeowner's name, phone number, and job request details so they can follow up.
  • Twilio: We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages. Twilio receives phone numbers and message content solely for the purpose of transmission.
  • Service providers: We may share data with trusted vendors (hosting, analytics, payment processing) who are contractually bound to protect it and may not use it for their own purposes.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users or the public.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes. Call records and lead data may be retained for up to 12 months to support contractor business operations.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
